There is no cancellation fee. You give 30 days notice, the plan ends, and you owe nothing beyond your final month. If you want to keep the site and take it with you, you can migrate it to another host or another provider, and we transfer the files and source code for a one off handover fee: £150 for sites up to 7 pages, £250 above 7 pages. That fee is the only cost of leaving. We host and manage the site, so if you cancel without taking the handover, it goes offline at the end of your notice. Your domain is yours either way, and you keep it.
Yes. Move from Standard to Professional Growth when you want a domain and email added, or move back down if you need to. There is no penalty and no paperwork. You let us know and we make the change.
